We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Quality Control Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in safeguarding our company's compliance posture.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with comprehensive compliance reviews across various departments, ensuring adherence to internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Analyze client-facing communications (calls, emails, social media posts, etc.) to verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Review the accuracy and compliance of financial promotion materials (advertisements, social media posts, etc.).
  • Analyze client complaints to ensure fair resolution and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Conduct recordkeeping reviews to verify proper documentation, accessibility, and retention of all communication records (electronic and oral).
  • Leverage automated alert systems and scripts to monitor compliance adherence.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Escalate incident reports, follow up on investigations, and recommend process improvements.


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in compliance, audit, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks effectively.
  • A meticulous approach with a passion for accuracy and detail.


The Following Would be Considered an Advantage:

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements of FCA, ASIC, or CySEC.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira.
  • Knowledge of Python programming language


Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm; Working from the office - 3 days per week

Contract type: Labor contract with Stratos Support EAD
