What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Compliance Agent to join our Compliance team to guide and assist our clients with German & English languages, handling inbound and outbound communication for special projects and tasks. The right candidate for this role would be a customer satisfaction-oriented person, who understands the client’s needs and is ready to engage, listen, and act quickly to handle any situation.
Job Responsibilities:
Validating client’s information with a back-office system Supporting customers through various channels, especially outbound calls and email Analyzing and resolving customer queries Presenting products and services in a professional way Following strict compliance and regulation rules Identifying and assessing customer needs Our Recruitment Process:
CV Screening: We’ll review your resume to ensure it meets our job requirements. Phone Conversation: If selected, you’ll have a friendly 15-minute call to discuss the role, shifts, your motivation, salary expectations, and availability. Online Interview and Assignment: A 50-60 minute Zoom call with the Team Leader and Manager interview and a critical thinking live test. Don’t worry, no preparation is needed for the test. On-site Meeting: The final step is an on-site meeting in our Sofia office with the Head of Client Verification. Requirements Fluency in the German & English languages; Proven experience in assisting clients via phone calls. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude; Excellent computer literacy; Strong attention to detail & logical thinking Experience in sales will be considered as an advantage. Experience in a customer support environment will be considered as an advantage.
