About the Role:

As a Community Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our passionate players and the development team. You will drive engagement, moderate discussions, and foster a positive community atmosphere across multiple digital platforms. Your insights and reports will directly shape our games and enhance the player experience for millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between the community and internal teams by conveying player feedback, sentiment, and insights to support ongoing improvements.
  • Foster engaging and inclusive interactions across Discord, X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Respond promptly to player inquiries and concerns, cultivating a supportive and welcoming environment.
  • Enforce community guidelines to maintain respectful and safe spaces.
  • Monitor KPIs and community sentiment to identify trends and engagement patterns.
  • Provide clear, actionable reports during major events and bi-weekly during regular operations.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, issues, and risks to proactively manage challenges and maintain community health.
Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community management, ideally within the gaming industry or live-service environments.
  • Strong understanding of FPS player communities, gaming culture, and online gaming ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage authentically and empathize with diverse player groups.
  • Experience in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating insightful reports.
  • Proficient with major social media platforms, including Discord, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Genuine passion for video games and a player-first approach to community building and support.
  • Ability to proactively identify and address community trends, risks, and emerging issues to maintain a healthy and positive environment.
