Commercial Policy Lead
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
Commercial Policy manager is one of the Key roles in RGM, which makes significant business impact on BU business and operation and collaboration with Customers. CP Manager leads Commercial Policy Strategy development for Coca Cola Hellenic on the Country/ BU level. CP manager manages framework of commercial conditions engaging the cross functional team, accelerating delivery of business objectives with focus on optimizing commercial terms and driving pay for performance. CP manager leads commercial policy process for all trade channels and ensures budget control of Contractual Trade Investments. CP manager drives total trade investment effectiveness culture across organization.
YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING
Lead the annual Commercial Policy Review with the objective to continuously improve our Trade Investment Strategy ( (Discount Matrix, Value drivers, investment levels) by Category, Channel, and Customer PICOS
Build Commercial Policy strategy for BP and RE based on Trends (market shares, price indeces, etc.), previous deals with customers, BU discounts targets.
Deliver the Commercial Policy Look of Success and contribute to strategic decisions.
PROJECTS
Drive RGM initiatives, participating in business cases for new launches, downsizing, and multipack packs
Ensure successful implementation of Commercial Policy tools and routines in line with the Group guidelines, Group Commercial Policy together with DTPS team
REPORTING & EVALUATION
Prepares monthly reporting deck and scorecard with key learning and regular discounts' insights actual data versus BP/ RE and LY
CONTROL
Ensure compliance with Group Audit requirements, Group Commercial Policy Requirements, Group RGM Requirements.
COLLABORATION
Build and continuously improve cross departmental cooperation and communication to execute strategies across the organization
Effective communication with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial policy strategy
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Degree in either Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 4+ years in Commercial, RGM, Finance, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across teams.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Ideally previous expertise in pricing strategies and knowledge of industry trends.
Business fluent in Bulgarian and English.
