For their key team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative professional to take on the position of:
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and applying business strategies to help the company grow and reach its goals. You will lead the sales, marketing, and business development teams, and work on building strong partnerships in the energy sector. The Commercial Director will manage relationships with key clients and partners, follow market trends, and support projects related to renewable energy. The role also includes working with the product team to make sure the company’s solutions match customer needs, managing the commercial budget wisely, and reporting results to senior management.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

The company will be glad to see you in person if:
- You have strong professional experience in a senior commercial role in Commodity (preferably Energy)or other industry-related sector;
- You have led successful commercial strategies and know how to turn plans into measurable results;
- You have worked with EPCs, Developers, Investors, and Asset owners, and understand the challenges they face - from supply chain risks to project costs;
- You bring strong financial know-how, a good grasp of compliance, and a people-first approach to team development;
- You’re a confident communicator and team motivator, able to inspire high performance and collaboration;
- You think strategically, and stay ahead of market trends;
- You’re open to travel (in and out of the country) and ready to represent the business on a global stage;
- You have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
