For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Collections Specialist with German (Temporary contract) HYBRID.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper and timely payment of customer invoices;
• Handle the resolution of payment collection concerns within the team;
• Foster service excellence through a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;
• Take action on both overdue and current receivables to ensure payments are collected;
• Work closely with commercial teams to resolve payment-related challenges;
• Regularly review and refresh process documentation and procedures;
• Comply with internal policies, financial standards, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a global or Shared Services setting;
• Basic knowledge of Customer to Cash functions and processes;
• Ability to evaluate problems and escalate to higher management when necessary;
• Proficiency German with good English skills;
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus;
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
