**Job Overview: **

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as a Co-Managing Director. In this role he accepts to manage and represent "VEAS Bulgaria EOOD” in compliance with the current State’s legislation, the court decisions, the decisions of sole capital’s owner and within the powers granted to him by virtue of the Company’s deed of incorporation and the clauses of the management contract. He has the right and obligation to manage the Company in accordance with current regulations, the deed of incorporation and clauses of the management contract.

• *Responsibilities: **

1. Be responsible for managing the business in the best interests of the Company observing due diligence by organizing the accomplishment of the tasks set by the PRINCIPAL/Company owner’s representative/; 2. Represent the Company before the judicial, tax and other state authorities to banks and financial institutions and other entities and individuals; 3. Ensure protection of the Company’s property and usage of this property pursuant to its designation in accordance with current regulations and decisions of the sole owner; 4. Not to disclose any information obtained in connection with his duties, related to the Company’s business. 5. Report for the state of Company’s affairs and performance of its obligations under the management contract at any time upon request at the sole owner of the Company or the managing Director of VIDEOTON EAS Ltd. (Hungary) 6. Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in line with its mission and goals. 7. Provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson to create an environment that achieves business objectives. 8. Build and maintain an effective management team within the company. 9. Ensure that the company operates with legality and conformity to established regulations.

• *Requirements and Qualifications: **

1. Education: university, master degree 2. Professional experience: 5 years of professional experience as executive director or in other managerial position 3. Professional and personal qualities:

• Experience in developing strategies and plans, managing manufacturing operations
• Ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
• In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
• Experience in international business environment
• An analytical mind capable for “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills

4. Other specific requirements: computer skills, advanced English 5. Residence: in Stara Zagora or in the surrounding area, within a commutable distance. (or willing to relocate)
