Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Technological Leadership:

• Lead the digital transformation of the organization, promoting the adoption of advanced systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, with particular focus on technology-driven solutions, smart logistics, and digital cash management.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, telematics, cybersecurity solutions) to ensure the company maintains industry leadership.

2. Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations to guarantee efficient, secure, and technologically enhanced service delivery across secure transport, cash management, and ATM network maintenance.
• Drive process optimization through digital tools, automation, and standardized procedures that improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across all departments.

3. Financial & Data-Driven Management:

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, data analytics, and reporting.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor performance indicators, optimize cost structures, and support strategic decision-making.

• Proven experience as Co-CEO, CEO, COO, or senior executive in logistics, courier, financial services, security services, or a technology-driven environment.
• Strong strategic and technological mindset, with experience leading digital transformation or implementing enterprise-level technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of inspiring teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
