CNC /PRODUCTION MACHINES/ OPERATOR -expert

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the proper operation of all Automatic and semi- automatic riveting machines.
• Responsible for execution on time and in full of the TPM Level 1 on all Automatic and semi- automatic riveting machines.
• Ensures the process of preparation, adjustment and operation of all LYNX machines.
• Responsible for proper data management and performance tracking using developed tools for each riveting machine.
• Maintains proper storage tools and consumables.
• Complies with all requirements resulting from internal documents of the company's management system (e.g. directives, instructions, procedures, regulations, etc.) and customer requirements.
• Complies with all requirements and rules in the field of health and safety, occupational health and safety, the environment and the handling of chemical substances and mixtures.
• Participates in continuous improvement projects and activities linked mainly to OEE.
• Participates in controls and audits of compliance with external or internal standards.
• Role model for all other company employees, suppliers and other external partners in the area of compliance with internal and external legislation.
• Participates in the training of the employees of the team on the correct and safe use of the equipment and safe methods of work, not allowing to perform their work duties those workers who are incompetent, untrained and uninstructed.
• Works hand in hand with Maintenance department with the aim to improve machine reliability and to decrease number of breakdowns by developing working instructions , guidelines and OPL ( one point lessons).
• Responsible for the direct communication with machine supplier in case of troubleshooting and technical problem.

Requirements:

• Professional high school degree – technical specialty.
• Strong professional experience with CNC machines – 10+ years
• Good command of English in terms of reading and speaking.
• Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
