Client Support Specialist with German (E-commerce)

What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1).
- Previous experience in Customer Support is a must.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Technical skills/knowledge are a plus, but not mandatory – we provide full training to ensure your success!
- Team player with a positive and open-minded approach.
- Provide 1st level support for IT systems, assisting with basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) and logistics system challenges with guidance from senior staff.
- Help manage user accounts and permissions.
- Support simple technical queries and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
- Log incidents and follow up using ticketing systems.
- Communicate solutions effectively to users and provide excellent customer service.
