For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Client Support Specialist with Danish or Icelandic or Norwegian or Polish (PTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt support via phone, email, and chat;
• Assist users with product questions and basic troubleshooting;
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team;
• Log all interactions accurately;
• Collaborate with the team to improve the support experience;
• Help update and localize support materials when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish, Icelandic, Norwegian, or Polish;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Previous support experience is a plus;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Comfortable working remotely and independently;
• Open to part-time or flexible hours.
