For one of our clients - а trusted BPO provider, delivering customized support solutions and streamlined business processes for clients worldwide., we are looking for – Client Support Expert with Portuguese or Azerbaijani or Turkish.

For one of our clients - а trusted BPO provider, delivering customized support solutions and streamlined business processes for clients worldwide., we are looking for – Client Support Expert with Portuguese or Azerbaijani or Turkish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat;
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction;
- Accurately document customer information and case details in the internal system;
- Work closely with team members to resolve more complex customer requests;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information;
- Promote and recommend additional products or services whenever appropriate and aligned with customer needs;
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, including evening shifts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese, Azerbaijani, or Turkish;
- Very good command of English;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to changing business needs.
