For one of our clients - а trusted BPO provider, delivering customized support solutions and streamlined business processes for clients worldwide., we are looking for – Client Support Expert with Portuguese or Azerbaijani or Turkish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat;
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction;
• Accurately document customer information and case details in the internal system;
• Work closely with team members to resolve more complex customer requests;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information;
• Promote and recommend additional products or services whenever appropriate and aligned with customer needs;
• Work on a rotating shift schedule, including evening shifts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese, Azerbaijani, or Turkish;
• Very good command of English;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to changing business needs.
