For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are looking for - Client Support Advisor with English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via voice calls, email or social media;
• Help with account questions, product info, and basic technical issues (mainly in telecom

services);

• Ensure a positive experience in every interaction;
• Follow up on open cases and make sure issues are resolved on time;
• Update customer data accurately in the system;
• Work with other teams to solve more complex problems when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent English - written and spoken, including phone support;
• Good communication and listening skills;
• Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools;
• Friendly and calm under pressure;
• Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus, but not required.
