The Role: As a Client Success Ambassador, you will be the trusted partner for key clients, guiding them from onboarding through long-term growth. You’ll combine relationship management, strategic thinking, and data-driven insights to ensure clients get maximum value while identifying expansion opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, working with technology, and driving business outcomes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and value Analyze client performance and translate data into actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through consultative conversations Lead regular client reviews and success planning sessions
What We’re Looking For: Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results Analytical thinking and confidence working with data Interest in technology and digital solutions Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
