For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Client Service Coordinator with Arabic or Hungarian or Romanian or Turkish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner;
• Provide accurate information and basic troubleshooting support for non-technical issues;
• Log and track customer interactions in the internal system according to company procedures;
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on open cases and resolutions;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support processes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic, Hungarian, Romanian or Turkish and good command of English;
• Previous experience in customer support or similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems and tools;
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations;
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
