Client Relationship Manager - DSK Home, Sofia

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position

Client Relationship Manager - DSK Home in the „Mortgage market“ Directorate

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting consultations for mortgage loans (including remote and video consultations) and closing individual deals with necessary assistance in the process for DSK Home clients.
  • Overall monitoring and management of potential clients and reporting of consultations through the DSK Home platform.
  • Participation in the development and assistance in the implementation of digital solutions in the mortgage lending process and new services at DSK Home.
  • Participation in the development and improvement of existing mortgage loan products and in the development of new mortgage loan products for citizens.
  • Conducting specialized training and assisting the sales of the Bank's branch network.
If you have:
  • Higher economic education, "master's" qualification degree.
  • Professional experience in the field of mortgage lending, banking and finance - minimum 3 (three) years of work experience.
  • Interest in new challenges and desire to achieve good results.
  • Very good computer literacy - word, excel, power point, etc.
  • Skills for active communication with clients online or in person.
  • Good level of English language proficiency.
  • Ideas which to contribute to the improvement of services in the field of digitalization.
