As a Client Relations Consultant, you will manage interactions with international clients, provide solutions to their inquiries, and ensure high-quality service. Main responsibilities:
- Communication with clients via phone, email, and chat;
- Building and maintaining professional client relationships;
- Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions;
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction;
- Working with internal systems, reports, and documentation;
- Cooperation with internal teams to achieve service goals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in either of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian, Dutch, Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian), Polish, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, Arabic, Irish;
- Very good command of English;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, ERP;
- Previous experience is an advantage, but not mandatory for all positions.
