For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Client Acquisition Specialist with German or Hungarian or French or Dutch (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound channels;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers;
• Present products/services in a clear and compelling way;
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions;
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Hungarian, French, or Dutch (B2-C1);
• Good command of English (B2 or higher);
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Sales mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
