For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Claims Investigator with German (No English).

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for claim registrations;
- Process and resolve insurance claims in accordance with company guidelines;
- Investigate claim details by collecting relevant information from all involved parties;
- Make final determinations regarding coverage and compensation;
- Liaise with customers, brokers, and third parties to provide timely updates;
- Ensure proper storage of claims data in line with internal compliance regulations;
- Encourage collaboration and uphold high professional standards within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German - C1 level;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively;
- Team-oriented, with a focus on knowledge sharing and seeking assistance when needed;
- Basic computer skills, particularly with MS Office;
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required;
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
