CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Some of your main responsibilities will include management of the departments, workflow optimization, innovation implementation, budget management, and keeping and improving the quality. You will work closely with other senior colleagues to develop and implement business strategies.

Essential requirements for this position:
- Proven relevant professional experience within the production and manufacturing industry;
- Strong management and leadership skills;
- Experience with process improvement and operational excellence;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude;
- Fluency in English - B2 level or higher;
- Willingness to travel on local business trips and abroad.
