We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to sustain our growth and increase our results.
What you’ll do:
- Being responsible for all marketing content;
- Developing and implementing marketing operations processes and systems that align with the company's overall marketing strategy;
- Maintaining Walltopia Group web site, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts;
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital and social media;
- Developing and managing marketing project plans and timelines, ensuring that all projects and campaigns are completed efficiently, on time and within budget;
- Measuring and reporting on marketing performance (traffic, leads, sales);
- Closely working with head of sales to reach specific market targets;
- Directly responsible for a graphic designers and digital content team;
- Recruiting and training new employees in the marketing team; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; and developing personal growth opportunities;
- Planning and organizing different company events all over the world (including trade shows, expos, conferences, agents meetings);
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed to support marketing initiatives;
- Identifying and recommending new technologies that can streamline and improve digital marketing processes;
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices;
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, preferably in a B2B production company;
- Bachelors' in Business, Marketing, or related field required;
- Critical thinker and a creative mind, with the skill to smoothly switch between the two or blend them together as needed;
- Fluency in English.
