 For our client - an international fintech company, we're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to assume the position of:

 CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, implementation and maintaining Commercial strategy and framework for the company such as:
 - Development of new and updating of existing products;
 - Development of a partner network - strategic partners, chains, medium and small traders, partners, brokers, agents;
 - Development and implementation of marketing strategy of the Company and development of the main marketing channels - digital and offline marketing;
 - Develop and achieve sales and marketing plans and budgets for the department and its activities;
 - Provides recommendations and guidelines to the Customer Еxperience Department regarding customer experience, competitive advantages of the products, pursuit and compliance with the set sales goals, standards for customer service as it controls their implementation;
 - Holds meetings with the middle management in the Customer Еxperience department – Branch Managers regarding customer experience, competitive advantages of the products, set sales goals, standards for customer service as it controls their implementation;
 - Identify and develop new market opportunities for the company’s product;
 - Responsible for the development and implementation of projects for strategic partnerships of the company;
 - Responsible for the development, positioning and enforcement of the Company's products, including determining the price of the product;
 - Follow up actual sales versus the budgeted sales and marketing achievements and report to the CEO on a weekly, monthly basis;
 - Develops, assigns and is responsible for the implementation of the main KPIs of the department;
 - Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel. Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote, and guide sales personnel;
 - Responsible for Compensation plans and bonuses of sales staff as well as teams to perform successfully against the objectives while respecting the budget;
 - Cultivate a culture of target focused and openness on new challenges;
 
- A strong commercial background ideally involving marketing or direct sales, sales and channel management, including contract negotiation, development of pricing strategies;
 - University Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration – preferred;
 - Very Good English –speaking and writing;
 - Computer Literacy – Windows, Microsoft Office, ERP Software, CRM Software;
 
- Very good communication and presentation skills;
