For our client, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take part on the challenging role of:

The Major Responsibilities Include:
- Ownership of financial planning model, including multi-year forecasts (5 year plan)
- Budget spend approval and re-forecasting for specific cost centers, approval of strategic initiatives out of budget
- Cost optimization projects and efficiency evaluations
- Oversee accounting operations across jurisdictions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
- Manage relationships with external accountants and financial auditors
- Lead company-wide cash flow and liquidity planning in alignment with strategic objectives
- Vendor exposure management
- Supervise annual accounting close, audit readiness, and compliance with IFRS or applicable standards
- Oversee financial and operational reporting to investors and funding bodies (e.g. Silverline, EIC)
- Ensure consistency and clarity in quarterly and ad-hoc updates across reporting platforms
- Contribute to board and investor communications, including narrative development and performance commentary
- Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting of grants (e.g. EIC, Horizon, SkatteFUNN)
- Maintain accurate equity records and updates in Carta, covering MSOP, ESOP, and investor notifications
- Align grant and equity reporting with fundraising strategy and capital planning
- Own ERP (Business Central) implementation roadmap and ongoing system enhancements
- Coordinate integrations across platforms to support automation and operational reporting
- Oversee contracts and vendor relations for CRM and other business systems
- Support strategic workforce planning, role scoping, and hiring execution for finance and business functions
- Oversee performance review and salary appraisal cycles in collaboration with HR
- Approve and monitor team expense processes (e.g. via Factorial)
- Lead ISO 27001 policy management, certification readiness, and supplier risk oversight
- Ensure cross-functional compliance across finance, legal, and information security domains
- Develop and maintain scalable risk and audit frameworks
- Oversee contract drafting and review of commercial agreements
- Act as escalation point for legal matters and manage external counsel coordination
- Maintain internal contract lifecycle controls and documentation processes IP, Insurance
- Coordinate international trademark registrations and maintenance with legal advisors
- Lead annual insurance tendering and broker evaluations
- Previous experience in similar role ideally within IT industry
- Solid financial background (strategic finance, reporting and investment relations), exposure to administration, legal, facility management etc would be considered an advantage
- Process-oriented, with exposure to advanced systems and tools
