We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CDD Compliance Analyst to support our onboarding and due diligence processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform comprehensive customer due diligence, including identity verification, risk assessment, and enhanced checks where applicable.
- Handle onboarding queries in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
- Review and verify customer documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on due diligence findings.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Support teams to ensure alignment on CDD processes.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and contribute to improving internal policies and procedures.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within financial services, payments, or banking.
- Strong understanding of UK and EU AML/CTF regulations, KYC principles, and risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using compliance and risk management tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
