Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Casino in daily operations and act as deputy when required, ensuring
- Oversee the casino’s game portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive, up-to-date, and fully
- Develop and execute the casino business strategy to attract, engage, and retain players while
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and other teams to plan launches, events, and promotions
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to build a high-performing and motivated casino team;
- Monitor and analyze casino performance through reports and metrics, making strategic
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain operational excellence, ensuring content,
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in online casino product management with comprehensive
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and guide
- In-depth understanding of casino regulations, security standards, and product life cycles;
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry trends and player expectations;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing all levels of the organization;
- Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills, with a results-oriented approach;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to
