Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the casino lobby, content, and product lineup across all platforms to ensure a

seamless and engaging player experience;

• Configure new games, set game limits, and support timely content launches aligned with

release calendars and best practices;

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of casino games and product features to

maintain top-tier performance;

• Ensure all casino content, campaigns, and promotions are accurately presented and

optimised for player engagement;

• Analyse platform performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance the

casino offering;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support smooth operations, and

drive continuous improvement;

• Champion new features and enhancements that elevate the player experience and contribute

to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of online casino products, game mechanics, and the digital gaming landscape;
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into

meaningful actions;

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities;
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work;
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
• Passion for casino games, innovation, and delivering outstanding user experiences;
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
