For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Call Centre Agent with Japanese or Portuguese.

For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Call Centre Agent with Japanese or Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly voice of our company, assisting customers via calls, emails, or chat with clarity and professionalism;
- Quickly resolve questions about our products, services, or orders, ensuring every interaction leaves customers satisfied;
- Escalate complex issues to the right teams while keeping the customer informed every step of the way;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems to help us continuously improve;
- Follow the company`s proven procedures and quality standards to ensure every customer receives a consistent and exceptional experience;
- Understand customer needs and, when appropriate, recommend products or services that add real value.
- Fluency in Japanese or Portuguese, plus strong English communication skills (written and spoken);
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers;
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support is a plus;
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly;
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment;
- Efficiently handled customer inquiries in a support or call center environment.
