For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Call Centre Agent with Czech or Polish or Hungarian and English.

For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Call Centre Agent with Czech or Polish or Hungarian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing clear and helpful assistance;
- Resolve basic customer inquiries related to products, services, or orders in a timely and professional manner;
- Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed;
- Accurately log interactions and maintain customer records in the system;
- Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience;
- Identify customer needs and, when appropriate, suggest relevant products or services.
- Fluency in Czech or Polish, or Hungarian, plus good command of English (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset;
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support role is preferred;
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with different systems;
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure;
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is a plus, especially in
