Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, project management, or call center operations.
- Language: German proficiency is required; English at least B2 level.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the call center team to achieve performance targets and service quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
