We are seeking a Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure patient service quality and maximize efficiency across all communication channels.
Acibadem City Clinic is the administrator of personal data and information processing for job applicants only and solely for the purposes of personnel selection, within the statutory six-month period and on the basis of consent. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, encompassing both inbound and outbound communications.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators—including service levels, response times, and call quality—to ensure objectives are consistently achieved.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to call center staff, fostering an environment focused on reaching individual and collective targets.
- Design and execute process enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Compile comprehensive reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and processes.
- Participate in employee recruitment and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a contact center environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or patient services will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
