For one of our trusted partners, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join their team and contribute to the development and optimization of plastic components and assemblies for the automotive sector.

CAD Designer – Plastic Components (Automotive Industry)

Your Responsibilities

Design and modify plastic components and assemblies Create and revise detailed part and assembly drawings Develop design concepts aligned with project requirements Evaluate and optimize tooling and assembly concepts (injection molding, blow molding) Conduct feasibility and buildability studies Coordinate technically with internal developers and project stakeholders Participate in project meetings and design reviews Organize and manage engineering data and documentation Work with CATIA V5 and SAP for design and data management

Your Profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proficiency in CATIA V5 and SAP Solid knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, blow molding) Experience in product development and technical drawings Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluent English (written & spoken), German is a plus Detail-oriented and well-organized
