As Business Partnership Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the company's partnerships in the EMEA market.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Identifying and targeting institutional referring brokers, affiliates and other Institutional partnership opportunities in the EMEA market
- Building and maintaining relationships with referring brokers, affiliates and other Institutional partnerships through regular communication and high-touch service
- Providing exceptional service and support to the company`s partnerships to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Negotiating and closing deals with the company`s partnerships and ensuring they receive the best possible pricing and terms
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, marketing and product development, to understand and anticipate the needs of the company`s partnerships and to develop strategies to meet those needs
- Act as a liaison between the company and its partnerships, proactively managing expectations and addressing any issues that may arise
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the company`s partnerships segment
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the EMEA market to stay ahead of the competition
- Consistently achieve departmental and individual metrics
- Coordinate and collaborate with managers from sales and other departments to work on different projects aiming to effectively improve the metrics and incentivize the growth of the region
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and analytically how to growth the region through new initiatives
- Motivate and inspire other team members to achieve sales targets and to continuously improve their sales skills.
- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
- Continue to be able to demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
- Strong knowledge of the FX & CFD market
- Act upon constructive criticism to improve on-desk client conversations and to build on personal and department-wide performance figures
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm; Working from the office - 3 days per week.
