What You’ll be Doing: As a Business Engagement Associate, you will drive business analysis activities and overseeing project management processes across functions and geographies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure successful project delivery. By aligning business objectives with data and technology solutions, you will help drive strategic initiatives and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• Provide consulting support to business functions and geographies utilizing data solution services;
• Drive effective business engagement by understanding specific business goals and needs;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions and regions;
• Establish and manage effective, ongoing engagement and communication processes;
• Follow established guidelines and interpret policies to support consistent delivery.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience in project management or process management role is an advantage;
• Understanding of end-to-end data solutions and implementation processes;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Strong numerical and data analytical skills, with the ability to create clear management summaries;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (strong advantage);
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, follow-up and negotiation skills.
