We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business development will be considered an advantage Experience selling products or services Self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail Proactive and positive with a problem-solving attitude Experience in negotiating and presenting solutions Fluent in written and spoken English language
Responsibilities:
Maintain close communication with clients on the progress of projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Understanding/interest in Human Resources field - an advantage A self-initiated person, oriented towards achieving results Develop new client’s relationships by identifying and engaging high potential lead sources Define client requirements and needs Collaborate with team members to convert leads into new clients
