Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Job Description:

Cupffee is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and innovation, with a knack for building relationships and driving sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential clients in the food and beverage industry, including cafes, restaurants, corporate offices, and event organizers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product launches.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders and transport companies for domestic and international shipments.
  • Organize and track sample shipments for prospective clients.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
