Business Development & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day branch operations and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Developing and implementing business development strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and new product launches and identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitoring, analyzing reporting performance metrics and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within online business – media, websites, digital content etc.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of business development and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
