About the position:

We are looking for someone experienced to take over the management and execution of an important company project related to the following functions and responsibilities:

  • Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract skilled self-employed cleaners;
  • Conduct pre-screening and interviews to ensure alignment with our standards;
  • Lead the onboarding process, providing comprehensive training and negotiating contracts;
  • Establish transparent performance metrics and targets for the specialists and keep guiding them to increase their efficiency and quality of work;
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to manage appointments and prevent conflicts;
  • Analyze financial metrics to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives on a project level;
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic contract negotiations and process improvements;
  • Proactively gather feedback to enhance our services and exceed expectations;
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with self-employed cleaners, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Provide exemplary leadership to our team, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the service industry, with a focus on recruitment and contract negotiation;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes;
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to provide guidance and training to self-employed cleaners;
  • Analytical skills to assess financial metrics and identify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives;
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate with customers and stakeholders to manage appointments and resolve conflicts;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to gather feedback and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
