Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support the management and execution of a key company project focused on expanding our network of skilled self-employed cleaners and enhancing overall service performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong recruitment, coordination, and business development skills within a service-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified self-employed cleaners;
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to ensure candidates meet our quality standards;
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating training sessions and helping to facilitate contract agreements;
- Contribute to the establishment and tracking of performance metrics for self-employed cleaners, offering guidance to improve efficiency and quality;
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to schedule appointments, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth service delivery;
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational data to highlight areas for growth and identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Assist in negotiating service agreements and identifying process improvements to support revenue growth;
- Gather and relay customer and cleaner feedback to support continuous service enhancement;
- Support contract administration and compliance tracking for self-employed cleaners;
- Collaborate closely with the project team, promoting a culture of professionalism and mutual respect.
Main requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering internal projects or implementations;
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and induction;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and appointments;
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions;
- Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and handle queries;
- Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with internal teams, external partners, and service specialists.
