To support our growth, we are seeking an ambitious, smart, and energetic professional to join our Supply Chain and Sales team. In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities in product optimization, B2B business development, and procurement. Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Ensure accuracy of purchase orders, including ship dates, quantities, and costs.
• Forecasting & Planning: Prepare demand forecasts and plan purchases to meet market needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Supplier Research & Procurement: Identify potential new suppliers and solicit competitive offers, analyzing costs, quality, capacity, and delivery terms. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• B2B Client Development: Proactively identify and pursue new B2B clients to expand our customer base and drive international sales growth.
• Market Research: Perform regular market research to uncover new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and help the company maintain a competitive edge.
• Event Representation: Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and forge new partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: University degree required.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. (Additional language skills in German, French, Spanish, or other languages are a plus.)
• Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential;
• Experience: Previous experience in procurement or sales is desirable, especially in e-commerce or the food industry.
• Soft Skills: A proactive, problem-solving, can-do attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask, handle diverse responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
