For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Business Development Advisor with Italian or German (Hybrid Shifts and Relocation Package).

For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Business Development Advisor with Italian or German (Hybrid Shifts and Relocation Package).
Responsibilities:
- Reconnect with previous clients and help them rediscover the value of our innovative solutions;
- Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B accounts by building strong, long-term client relationships;
- Drive account reactivation strategies and identify new revenue opportunities across key markets;
- Understand clients’ business and marketing objectives to recommend tailored solutions that deliver results;
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and a personalized customer experience;
- Engage confidently with decision-makers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of sales techniques, account growth strategies, and consultative selling;
- Fluent Italian or German, along with strong English communication skills;
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer support, or a dynamic BPO/outsourcing environment;
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing solutions with client needs;
- Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities and grow client investment;
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
