We are seeking a dedicated PMO Business Analyst who values the importance of high-quality documentation and strives to ensure every detail is captured meticulously. In this role, your commitment to excellence will play a crucial part in the success of our projects. The PMO Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting and collaborating with Project Managers on projects of varied complexity to the benefit of key business initiatives. The business analyst will provide deliverables, including but not limited to, documentation of workflows, business cases, and change requests. The business analyst must have strong communication skills and maturity to work with business and technical teams, including senior team members and management across all levels.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm GMT (10am – 7pm EEST), with options for EU/US hybrid hours; Working from the office: 3 days per week

The PMO Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting and collaborating with Project Managers on projects of varied complexity to the benefit of key business initiatives. The business analyst will provide deliverables, including but not limited to, documentation of workflows, business cases, and change requests. The business analyst must have strong communication skills and maturity to work with business and technical teams, including senior team members and management across all levels.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to):
- Prepare documentation including but not limited to meeting minutes, business cases, project plans, timelines, and change requests;
- Maintain project documentation related to filings, legal entity set ups/wind downs, and other business-as-usual interdepartmental tasks requiring temporary support;
- Attend and as-needed lead meetings, preparing meeting minutes in a timely manner;
- Perform quality audits;
- Perform other activities related to project time tracking, updates, status reporting, metric reporting, and related administrative tasks;
- Assist the project managers on various ad hoc tasks as requested by direct manager;
- Build partnerships and serve as the liaison with internal departments, effectively identifying, understanding and delivering desired solutions and value;
- Research PM technologies and draft proposals;
- Interpret technical concepts for business users;
- Serve in junior project manager capacity when cross-coverage is required;
- Create and maintain monthly executive meeting agenda; and
- Maintain PMO project master list and PMO archive.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation;
- Strong presentation skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Experience in research, change management, PM tools, and MS suite preferred;
- Ability to work independently and self-driven, demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of assigned tasks;
- Highly professional and adaptable;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; and
- Ethical treatment of colleagues and clients.
