The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and requirements.

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and requirements.
Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:
- Analyze financial data, budgets, and cost structures to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget tracking systems.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision-making.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support budget planning cycles and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and DevOps teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- 2+ years experience in business analysis or financial analysis
- SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Claude Code is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
- Database design and data modeling interests
- Knowledge of budgeting methodologies and cost accounting
