Business Analyst

We have been growing our development team extensively over the years and we continue the expansion by currently looking for a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Gather data and insights from different markets.
• Provide operational support related to the positioning of the company's products in the markets.
• Identify sources of information besides the ones provided.
• Gather feedback from sales representatives, customers, and players.
• Build up knowledge about the available products on the market.
• Analyze the gathered information and prepare insightful reports (monthly and ad hoc).
• Point out market trends, provide an explanation, and give meaning to the numbers.
• Communicate and coordinate with various divisions in the company.
• Assist in resolving problem situations in the daily work process.
• Optional participation in the process of implementing and testing software applications, as well as improvements to existing applications.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Economics, or any other business-related subject.
• Previous experience in the field of market research or data analysis, ideally in the gaming industry.
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel. Power BI would be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Bulgarian and English (Advanced or Proficient).
• Willingness to travel abroad (<5% of the time) to attend gaming exhibitions and business trips.

Advantages (not a must):

• Higher education in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, and Technical/Engineering. Sciences, or other related to the nature of work.
• Prior experience with qualitative data.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar products.
• Knowledge and/or experience in the casino industry.
