Overview:

As a Brand Manager in Ficosota, you will be responsible for local market brand development within a channel on LATAM market. This is done across a variety of marketing strategies including product launches, public relations and communications efforts, setting up displays and designing loyalty programs.

Based in Sofia, HQ Office, the key function of this role is to support the General Manager and Local market development team on the the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns across the LATAM region.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the overall marketing plan in the LATAM region (South America, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico)
  • Coordinate on marketing campaigns, including creative pitches, planning, execution and reporting, promotions, programs, promo packages, loyal campaigns in the area
  • Project management of local projects and localized brand initiatives - communication that are used in the export markets - point of sales materials (displays, pallet brandings, posters, etc.) and consumer activities & promotions, promo packs, digital, sales representatives incentives
  • Assist in negotiating trade conditions and promotion activities with key clients or distributors, operating in his/her area after management approval
  • Leads projects with third parties (BTL agencies, production studios, printing houses, etc.
  • Close collaboration with the Research & Development, Production and Local Marketing teams
  • Lead the design for digital event marketing – supporting the global team with creative video and online content production with a focus on social media for B2B
  • Assist for the planned sales, profits and investments in the area, prepares promotions and programs
  • Ownership and management of the entire marketing purchasing process.
We are looking for FAST & SMART, enthusiastic person with:
  • B2/C1 language proficiency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is an advantage
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a FMCG/CPG company is an advantage
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, etc.
  • Negotiation and good communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills of MS Office
  • Ability to persuade and defend the company’s position
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
