The Role: Brand Communication Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Communication Specialist to enhance brand awareness and value in alignment with our corporate vision, mission, and goals. This role requires close collaboration with the International Brand Communication team at HQ and country teams. The ideal candidate will develop and implement local communication strategies, manage social media accounts, oversee offline campaigns, and execute marketing initiatives to engage the target audience effectively.

The Role: Brand Communication Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Communication Specialist to enhance brand awareness and value in alignment with our corporate vision, mission, and goals. This role requires close collaboration with the International Brand Communication team at HQ and country teams. The ideal candidate will develop and implement local communication strategies, manage social media accounts, oversee offline campaigns, and execute marketing initiatives to engage the target audience effectively.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering kick-off briefs in collaboration with the International Brand Communication Team at HQ to ensure projects align with local calendars and business objectives throughout the year.
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance of non-briefed projects, ensuring they align with the International Brand Communication Team’s guidelines, local calendars, business goals, strategy, and brand positioning.
- Supporting the International Brand Communication Team in creating key briefs for 360° or large-scale projects and campaigns within the country, ensuring the production of essential assets (visuals, media, etc.) with local third-party vendors, in line with the brand’s global positioning.
- Actively identifying and managing local communication partners, including agencies, media platforms, and other third parties, while overseeing the partnership process in alignment with the International Brand Communication Team.
- Planning and coordinating creative production for outdoor and print communication channels (e.g., shopping mall screens, billboards, and OOH displays) in collaboration with the International Brand Communication Team at HQ.
- Reporting on Completed Work to the International Brand Communication Manager at HQ, submitting project budgets and proposals for approval.
- Preparing Reports for Top Management, evaluating project outcomes and key learnings.
- Managing Daily and Project-Based Communication Workflows across social media, digital, offline channels, and shopping malls.
- Planning and Overseeing Local Influencer Campaigns, staying updated on country-specific and global trends while ensuring all assets align with brand values and guidelines. Reporting campaign performance and key learnings to the International Brand Manager.
Required qualifications and capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in account management within communication agencies is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in business English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
