For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – BPO Sales Lead with Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Guide a sales team to hit targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
• Provide data-driven insights on team performance;
• Identify, train, and develop talent within the team;
• Lead coaching sessions to improve individual and team results;
• Communicate clearly with all levels of management;
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of managerial experience;
• 3+ years of overall work experience, with 1+ year in outbound sales or telemarketing;
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills;
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
• Excellent Spanish language and strong English skills.
