For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – BPO Quality Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Quality Analysts to deliver consistent, high-quality results;
• Track QA performance, identify gaps, and drive impactful improvements;
• Act as the key QA contact for program and client-related topics;
• Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and growth;
• Ensure alignment with QA standards, KPIs, and business goals;
• Share clear insights and updates with stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a QA leadership role (BPO preferred);
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, KPIs, and best practices;
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with QA tools and reports.
