TBonus Scheme and Execution Lead
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive professional to lead the processes related to sales performance measurement, target setting, and incentive schemes for our Sales organization. This role plays a key part in driving sales effectiveness, ensuring accurate performance tracking, and supporting business growth through data-driven insights.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and continuously improve sales incentive and bonus schemes;
Develop and coordinate monthly target setting for Sales Representatives, Supervisors, and Regional Sales Managers;
Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance results, providing actionable recommendations;
Evaluate the execution of sales and marketing initiatives through regular field visits across the country;
Coordinate external partners responsible for sales audits, performance measurement, and reporting;
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
What we’re looking for:
University degree in Marketing, Sales or other relevant;
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Commercial Analytics, or a related field;
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into business insights;
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with performance metrics and KPIs;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within the country;
Successful track record of managing local and/or international brands (3+ years);
Solid business acumen – Nielsen proficiency, P&L management skills;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, pro-activeness and enthusiasm;
A skilled negotiator with influencing presentation skills, capable to sell ideas internally and externally.
