Bid manager
Position higlights
You will be part of the Bid Management team within our company providing internal administrative support in its day-to-day business activities. The Bid Manager oversees all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality and compelling bids submitted in a timely manner.
What You Will Do:
Overall coordination of the activities for the preparation and development of proposals in the private and public sector on the Bulgarian including international market
Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that all proposals are delivered on time, within the scope, the budget and with the needed quality
Identifying, collecting, and setting all required product and company documents for the preparation of tenders whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process
Managing the communication process and collaborating with a wide variety of involved parties - Technical personnel and Sales engineers, incl. correspondence with the contracting entities until the conclusion of the contract
Monitoring of procedures published in the Public Procurement Agency for the purpose of tracing all notices of potential interest
Preparation of other necessary documents – declarations, official letters, authorizations letters, CVs, recommendation, and reference letters, etc.
Regular update of administrative documents related to participation in tender procedures and preparation of documents for concluding a contract.
What you bring
University degree.
Great knowledge and understanding of the Bulgarian Public Procurement Act and legislation.
3+ of professional experience in tender/bidding procedures (Bulgarian and/оr international).
Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional background on a similar position in the field of Information and Communication. Technology will be considered as an advantage.
Proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
Self-driven personality with analytical mind and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with short deadline.
Excellent computer literacy /MS Office/.
Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
