By joining us as a Legal & Compliance intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Shadow legal counsels in meetings to gain insight into the role of in-house legal professionals
• Conduct regulatory legal research and case law research
• Conduct due diligence on transactions
• Assist with contract negotiation, drafting agreements and drafting contract summaries
• Provide administrative support, upload agreements to the company designated repository

Who are we looking for?

• Law student (3rd or 4th year, master’s degree, or in graduation process)
• Friendly team players with great communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Eager learners ready to make an impact!
